The achievements and development of our people is important to us and we are delighted to share that currently 14% of our Care team are working towards nationally recognised qualifications. Once Carers have been with us six months we will support and train them to achieve qualifications such as Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship, Lead Adult Care Worker, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Children and Young people level 3 Apprenticeship.

Shannon joined Prestige in December 2017 having previously worked in Events and managing bars, she was completely new to the world of Care. Since joining she has completed all her Care Certificate training.
Shannon has completed her NVQ in level 2 with us and is now halfway through her level 3!
