The Prestige Nursing + Care Client Survey was sent out to all our clients in March 2020.
We received a fantastic number of responses and some very valuable feedback, including over 90% of respondents agreeing that not only, would they recommend us to a friend, but that our service has also made a positive difference to their life. However, we also received some insightful feedback regarding areas for improvement, in which we will put together an action plan to ensure that we act appropriately on the areas of improvement brought to our attention.
We are delighted to announce that the survey results showed that we received a rating of over 80% for all aspects of our service, with the care and support our carer’s deliver receiving the highest rating of 89%. This is a phenomenal result, shining a light on the fantastic work of our carers and the life-changing care they provide to our clients every day.
