The current pandemic has impacted on many people’s lives across the UK, during this time Prestige Nursing + Care has continued to support people to live safely, happily and as independently as possible in the comfort of their home.
We understand that local charities, community and volunteer groups; who also help our communities to thrive, have been impacted by recent events. We have therefore decided to create our own Community Support Fund to provide these groups some much needed support so they can continue to carry out the wonderful services they too provide. We will be awarding £250 periodically throughout the year to applicable organisations/groups across different counties within England and Scotland.
We are pleased to announce the first region to benefit from the fund will be York and their local area, we will be announcing further regions shortly, so please revisit out News pages and look out for announcements on Social Media.
Application Criteria
- The organisation (or its beneficiaries) must be based in the local area of York
- The community fund must be used to benefit:
- People aged 65 and over or
- People with mental illness, physical or learning disabilities or a life altering condition.

Applications for York can be completed here. Closing date will be 30th September, and winning application awarded on the 1st November 2020.
