Home Care Assistant – mornings from 7am, evenings from 4pm, and weekends.

Weekdays £12.63ph, weekends £13.01, after 7pm £13.89, public holidays £18.95ph.

Your role:

Your role will be to deliver a high quality of care to our clients in their own home, this many include medication management (assisting and administrating), personal care and hygiene, helping with duties around the house, and being an emotional support.

This is a highly rewarding role, we are seeking those who are compassionate, reliable and someone who can make a real difference and give our clients a better quality of life.

Who will you be helping to make life better for?

Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell are seeking dedicated and passionate Home Care Assistants to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.

We are looking for Home Care Assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in care, not essential. We welcome those with no prior experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A driver’s licence & own car is essential.
• Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
