With a strong background in social care, I have spent over a decade supporting both children and adults with complex needs across residential, community, and home-based settings. My professional journey has been deeply influenced by personal experience—including my own recovery from a traumatic brain injury—which has given me a unique understanding of the care system from both sides.
Driven by a passion for high-quality, person-centred care, I bring empathy, resilience, and real-world insight to my leadership role. I believe that great care starts with valuing the people who deliver it, and I am committed to building a team culture rooted in trust, support, and compassion.

My journey into health and social care began through personal experience—helping my mom care and support my dad at home alongside supporting my wife's recovery after suffering a mild traumatic brain injury. This inspired a career change into a more meaningful path and, since then, I’ve committed myself to creating a care business that combines operational excellence with a heartfelt commitment to community.
I bring strategic oversight, operational focus, and a creative mindset to my role as Director, helping to shape and grow our service with strong systems and people-first processes. I’m passionate about marketing, community engagement, and building a strong local presence that reflects our values and builds trust.
At Prestige Nursing & Care in Wolverhampton, I work alongside my wife and co-director, Hope, to create a high-quality, dependable care service. Together, we aim to support individuals across our community to live fulfilling lives at home—safely, independently, and with dignity.

With 22 years of experience in the care industry, I possess a deep understanding of the complexities of homecare and the importance of tailoring services to meet the unique needs of each client.
My approach to care management is centred around empowering clients to maintain their independence, dignity and well-being. I am committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes and work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans that address specific needs and goals.
