I recently moved all our care support to Prestige. The quality of care planning and delivery is far superior to that we have received previously. All staff are carefully matched to our needs presented for a meet and greet in advance of the shift and are briefed by the current carer.The management are great, happy to help and are keen to work with us to address any of the problems that occur because of our declining health and or premises issues (my house is just over 100 years old). It's a great change from the more prescriptive and dogmatic styles we have experienced in the past.The most important thing I can say is that we look forward to the carers visits and trust them implicitly.

I have been working for Prestiage for the past year and a half and during that time i have found it a lovely company to work for. I have the flexibility to work when I want, which enables me to get a great work/life balance.The variety of work that is available makes things easier to match client requirements with the skills and preferences of the staff member. Critical to understanding this match and balance is having a team of coordinators who can help bring people together.
