After receiving his CQC registration, Mario became Registered Branch Manager in January 2023. He has since taken the next step in his journey with Prestige, taking on the franchise and becoming Director.

Mario has since stepped up to take on the Franchise and is now the Director.

Mario has worked in Health & Social care since 2003 and has experience of working with children, young people and adults.

Mario has implemented and managed numerous teams in partnership with the local authority and other services. Mario is very passionate about supporting and empowering those in need and thrives on seeing people live happier independent lives.

After graduating from Anglia Ruskin University, Ashleigh worked as a Registered Children’s Nurse at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, caring for children with a variety of medical conditions. She has a particular interest in neurology and neurosurgery, with experience supporting people recovering from brain injuries.

Ashleigh is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and is known for her kind and caring approach. She is committed to ensuring every individual she supports receives safe, person-centred care and always strives to deliver the highest standard of nursing.

With over 30 years of experience in Health & Social Care, Fiona has built a diverse and impressive career working in a variety of settings, from hospitals to residential and nursing homes across the UK and has held key roles from an Healthcare Assistant, to a Unit Lead.

Fiona has an in-depth understanding of complex care needs and the importance of delivering great care from her experience as a unit lead.

Rebecca brings with her three years of experience with Prestige Nursing & Care, along with over 10 years of experience working across the Health & Social Care sector. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive knowledge of complex care, which is reflected in the exceptional support she provides to one of our complex care clients.

Rebecca has an outstanding eye for detail and a thorough understanding of compliance, ensuring that the highest standards are consistently achieved. Her professionalism, dedication, and commitment to quality make her an invaluable addition to our team.

As Recruitment & Compliance Officer, Rebecca will play a key role in supporting the growth of our workforce while championing best practice and setting an excellent example of the standards we strive to achieve.
