Bath Prestige Nursing + Care

About Us

Prestige Nursing + Care is an approved nursing and care agency to the local NHS Trusts in the Bath area, including RUH, North Bristol, UHB, and Weston Area Health Trust.

We advertise a variety of nursing and care jobs in Bath and the surrounding areas, and can offer regular work on all shifts. We are looking to recruit nurses with general training, as well as specialist nurses. We are also looking to recruit both RMNs and HCAs for the various 1:1 assignments we are offered.

To search for care and nursing jobs in your area, please use our simple Job Finder tool. Once you’ve found a vacancy you would like to apply for, complete the online application forms provided. Once you have submitted the forms, we will assess your suitability, and if you are successful, we will place you within local NHS hospitals with shifts that suit you. We also recruit for nursing and care jobs outside of the NHS, so take a look at our current job vacancies to see what we have available.

The pay rates for our care and nursing jobs are very competitive. We are also able to pay for your DBS check, uniform and assistance with any vaccination updates you may require, subject to agreement.

Drivers from Bath:
Leave Bath on the Upper Bristol Road, passing the Royal Victoria Park on your right. At the first
fork veer right towards Bitton/Kelston; at the next fork veer left towards Bitton/Kelston. You are now on the Kelston Road. As it emerges into the countryside, you will go down into a dip, then up a short hill and at the top you will see a gatehouse (now a private house) and a driveway signposted to Kelston Park. Turn left here and down a sweeping drive. If you get to Kelston village you have gone too far and will need to turn around.

Drivers from Bristol:
Leave Junction 1 of the M32 (via Junction 19 of the M4). Keep in the left hand lane and bear
left at the roundabout, sign-posted Downend, Kingswood. At the traffic lights continue straight
ahead. At the next roundabout continue left on the ring road (A4174). From here you will need
to continue around the ring road going straight across at a further 7 roundabouts. Note: you
will pass a Travel Inn/Beefeater at the 3rd roundabout and go straight across the A420 at the 6th roundabout. At the 8th Roundabout you will see a leisure complex over to your right, and will need to go left, then straight across at the next roundabout and through a set of traffic lights. You will then approach the A431 via another roundabout. Take a left at this roundabout.
Continue through Longwell Green on the main road by bearing left at the next two
roundabouts. Drive through Bitton, Swineford and Kelston. About half a mile along the road
from Kelston you will see a large house on your right. This is Kelston Park. The signposted
entrance is at the top of a hill just after the gatehouse. Turn right here.

By Bus:
The Bath bus station is on Dorchester Street, opposite the railway station.
Take the 332 or the 318/319 (which both leave from stand number 12) to Kelston Park. You
can purchase tickets on the bus as long as you have coins or smaller notes. Often, the bus
drivers do not have change for large notes. Once you have reached Kelston Park, you will see a
gatehouse and a driveway to Kelston House. There is a long sweeping drive, where possible and by prior arrangement we can arrange to come a collect you at the top of the Hill by the Gate House.
