What our client is looking for
Prestige Nursing and Care are looking for a caring, reliable professional support worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person centred support to a gentleman with learning disabilities. This will be 2 – 4 days per week. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals live a full and meaningful life within their own home.
You will be required to provide personal care and support with daily living activities, support with appointments, accessing the community and social activities, assisting with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration. Support with medication when required. Over 25 with a full UK drivers licence and at least 6months care experience is essential due to the nature of the role.
