Branch Recruitment & Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Branch Recruitment & Administration Coordinator to support the continued growth of our branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment, administration, compliance and community engagement within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will lead the recruitment and onboarding process for care staff while providing administrative support to the branch team. You will play a vital role in ensuring we attract, recruit and retain high-quality care professionals who share our values and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for care staff.
- Prepare and manage job advertisements across suitable recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Complete all onboarding requirements, including references, DBS checks, Right to Work checks and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all new staff complete mandatory training and induction requirements before commencing work.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the Registered Manager.
Compliance & Quality
- Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
- Monitor ongoing staff compliance, ensuring mandatory training and documentation remain up to date.
- Support branch audits and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes meet CQC, company and regulatory standards.
Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and wider branch team.
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and branch documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing and record management systems.
- Support archiving and document control processes.
- Assist with other reasonable administrative duties as required.
Community Engagement & Business Development
- Represent Prestige Nursing & Care at local recruitment events, job fairs and community activities.
- Build positive relationships within the local community.
- Promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
- Support local business development initiatives where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration or customer service.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Clean UK driving licence with business use insurance.
Desirable:
- Experience within health and social care.
- Knowledge of safer recruitment practices.
- Understanding of CQC-regulated services.
- Experience managing compliance documentation and onboarding processes.
