Happy clients into our second year

We are now in our second year, and going from strength to strength. Last year our clients received over 12,000 hours of high quality care; and a 50% staff turnover rate means that we have happy staff who enjoy the rewarding work they do – keeping our clients happy.Our aim this year is to continue to help people by providing high quality care, and support the Worthing community and beyond in all we do. We are proud to have happy clients and happy staff, but don’t take our word for it, here are some of the comments we’ve received from clients and their families over the last year:

Mr and Mrs C: “We are very grateful and happy with the care we have received and the great attention to detail being paid around the area of the stoma.”

To make sure our clients and their relatives are happy, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care tailored to suit their needs. We offer a number of schemes – in addition to our core services – to give clients the best possible care.

Live-in care scheme

Our live-in home care service provides round-the-clock care for our clients – care workers live with the client to ensure that all of their care needs are being met.

The service gives family members peace of mind, providing constant care for individuals who may be at risk when unattended, such as those with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia-related conditions.

Respite care

Family carers and those in their care can benefit from a little time off now and then. Our respite care service provides relief for the family, allowing them to go on holiday, or simply to take a break, all the while guaranteeing peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after.
