MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sarah was proud to join the dedicated team at Prestige as Managing Director in October 2023.

Sarah started her career in care after qualifying as a mental health nurse in 1993. She has worked predominately in the private sector for the past 30 years, gaining experience across the social care sector, complex care including Acquired Brain injury, learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and care for older people.

Sarah has worked across most settings including hospitals, residential care, nursing care and community, and supported living services. Sarah is passionate about empowering people to live independent lives and achieving their life goals. Striving to ensure that outstanding care is delivered to people we support and ensuring that there is a well-trained experienced workforce in place to meet the needs.

ANDREA O'CONNOR

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Andrea has worked within the Health and Social Care field for 20 years and has experience working with both children and adults across hospitals, care homes and domiciliary care. Having started as a health care assistant, she has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life for individuals accessing health and social care services. 

Andrea joined the senior leadership team in September 2021 to lead the quality and compliance function; ensuring that high standards of care are met across all services. Andrea is particularly passionate about improving outcomes for those living with Dementia and is currently working towards a postgraduate qualification in person-centered Dementia Care.

GUY MEDLEY

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Guy was proud to join the dedicated team at Prestige as Chief Financial Office in February 2024.

Guy started his career in finance, joining a firm of Accountants back in 1988 where he began his studies to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, which he achieved in 1993. Since then, Guy has worked in the private sector predominantly within the support services industry, where he has developed his passion for working in people centric businesses.

Guy has held many varying roles throughout his finance career, from his early days as a junior accountant, to commercial business partnering through to senior leadership. Along the way, Guy has worked across a variety of business areas supported by strong finance teams. It is a particular passion of Guy’s, to create environments where his teams can thrive and develop their skills to help them on their career journeys

YVONNE TOMLINSON

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Yvonne has been with Prestige Nursing and Care since May 2022 having worked in Social Care at an Executive position for numerous years.  

Those positions have involved turnaround work of underperforming providers across England, setting up international master franchises in both Norway and Southern Ireland, and being the CEO of a Health & Social Care Provider during the pandemic.

Yvonne is passionate about ensuring safe, quality care for those we look after and that our colleagues in whatever position are respected and empowered to work in a way that supports her ethos.

Life away from work is extremely busy for Yvonne, who has a grown-up family, grandchildren, dog, and is a keen golfer.

DAVID ANDREWS

DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Dave joined the Prestige Nursing & Care senior leadership team in July 2021 with over 20 years of experience in social care.

Dave’s role consists of leading Prestige Nursing’s Technology function, including the Support and Development teams, providing strategic direction for Digitalisation and IT systems, overseeing delivery, and driving innovation through the use of technology.

Outside of work, Dave has an interest in Animal Welfare and is a trustee and volunteer for a well-known animal charity.

DANIELLE YOUNG

DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE

Danielle joined Prestige Nursing & Care, initially in 2018, to lead the team in all aspects of the people journey to those who support and care for our clients every day.

With the evolution of the Home Care portfolio, Danielle played in pivotal role in welcoming The Good Care Group & Oxford Aunts to the Home Care family. Together with Comfort Keepers Ireland, Danielle worked in partnership with business leaders and people teams on people matters across the region.

With the focus now in Prestige Nursing & Care, Danielle joins the senior leadership team with over 25 years’ HR experience across people centred business including retail, facilities management and the last 10 years in health and social care. Danielle will focus on driving the people agenda to support our teams and deliver a positive employee experience.
