Client survey 2022

The Client Survey was distributed in July 2022 and overall we received a great deal of valuable and positive feedback which we are very proud of.

 Similarly to the findings within the 2021 Survey the ‘Carer’ category was the strongest as made clear by the 96% of our respondents who agreed that our Carers are professional, trustworthy & positive and work to a high standard.

Within the following five categories we also received some fantastic results, with each category scoring above 82%; personalised service, health & wellbeing, safe care & treatment, enjoyment & lifestyle and management & communication.

We are delighted to share this client feedback shared with us as part of the survey;

Your care staff are brilliant and very caring. My aunt has a good relationship with them and feels safer now they are helping to care for her.”

“Communication with the care team is excellent, Karen especially has been incredibly helpful in difficult situations. Mum’s carers are lovely with her and the whole organisation has been reliable and helpful.”

The results also demonstrated that the Carer matching and continuity category which scored less favourably and we are looking at ways we can support our branch teams to improve within this area as we strive to provide the best service possible.
