I moved to Coventry from Nigeria when I was 14, joining my mum while she completed her PhD. I studied Mechanical and Production Engineering at university, and while there, I worked briefly as a carer—a short experience that left a big impression on me. After graduation, I took on leadership roles at Amazon and even ran my own logistics business, but eventually, I realised I wanted to build something more meaningful and connected to my community.
That’s what led me to Prestige Nursing & Care. I was drawn not just to the business model, but to the people—real, values-driven people who want to make a difference. I’m passionate about creating a workplace where carers feel supported and valued because when your team is strong, the care you provide reflects that.
As Director of Prestige Nursing & Care in Coventry, I’m focused on delivering high-quality care that respects every individual’s dignity and helps people live well and independently at home. I’m excited about growing this business and making a lasting, positive impact on the community that’s become my home.
