Support Worker/Complex Carer
£15.01 – 18.27 per hour

Who will you be helping to make life better for?
Our client requires carers to work 30 hours per week, this will be a mix of days and evenings, shift length is variable depending on client requirements which are changeable. Shifts will be between 0700 and 2200 with alternative weekends off. A weekends only positions is also available. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months care experience. Experience with autism is advantageous. Must be willing to drive a larger sized vehicle and confident in assisting clients with swimming. Female applicants only.
We are ideally looking for you to be:
- Empathetic, compassionate and warm individual.
- Flexible with the ability to work a varied shift pattern.
- Over the age of 25 and have a full, clean, manual, UK driving licence, so you are able to drive our client’s car.
- Experience in working in Autism is advantageous.
- Ideally you will be young at heart and enjoy social outings including, concerts, cinema, meals out and some sporting activities.
- We are welcoming applications from candidates that have six months’ paid experience in care such as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, support worker, personal healthcare assistant, care worker or similar.

- Assisting with daily living, domestic duties and personal care
- Supporting clients in the community
