About Prestige Nursing & Care Redhill

At Prestige Nursing & Care Redhill, we’re proud to have a long-established team with deep local knowledge and strong relationships across our community. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for committed carers to join us.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality, specialist care at home, supporting individuals with a range of complex and long-term needs to live safely and independently.

We work closely with each client, their families, and wider professionals to build care that is consistent, thoughtful, and genuinely person-centred. For us, it’s about getting the detail right and making a meaningful difference, every day.

The role:

You will be supporting clients with a range of complex care needs in their own homes. This may include supporting individuals with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, or long-term health needs.

This is a role where consistency, attention to detail and confidence in delivering care are essential. We’re particularly interested in carers who take pride in building consistent relationships with the people they support.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for experienced carers who are confident working both independently and as part of a team. We have both day and night shifts available.

In particular, you will have:

  • Previous care experience (essential)
  • A strong understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with families and professionals
  • Reliability and a commitment to consistency for the people you support

A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential.

What we offer:

  • Paid training and shadow shifts (National Minimum Wage)
  • Flexible working – zero-hours or contracted hours available
  • Work with our own clients, no agency work
  • Pension scheme
  • Blue light card
  • Continued professional development to support you & your career
  • Holiday pay
  • Refer a friend scheme
  • Employee Assistance line – available 24/7 and fully confidential for our staff
  • Support from your local branch team and out of hours support.

Want to find out how you can make life better for yourself and the people you care for? Apply today.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extension to timelines.

All our clients are equally entitled to have their needs met in a safe, fair and balanced way. Prestige Nursing & Care colleagues are responsible for promoting Equal Opportunities for all and for challenging any behaviour or practice which discriminates against any client or colleague on the grounds of race, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, identity or any other perceived difference.

You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
