I have been working in Care since 1999 and over the years have had the pleasure of working across different client groups, gaining knowledge and skills, all whilst working for large organisations and new franchise start-ups. As my role as a Peripatetic Manager, I draw on these skills and knowledge to support Branches across the business.

When I first started in Care, I was a Care Assistant providing Care to elderly clients in the community, caring for people suffering with Mental Health and adults with Learning Disabilities. I then went on to become a Care Co- Ordinator and in 2011 a Registered Manager.
