Home Care Payment Options
Simple, convenient payment for homecare in Worthing
We understand that paying for care is not an everyday expense, so we’ve made our payment options and billing process convenient and easy to adapt to.
When you set up a care package with us with us we take a small refundable deposit which is based on the amount of service hours you will need at the outset. We are quite happy to take this payment by a credit or a debit card during our home visit using a hand-held terminal. On-going invoices are sent out every two weeks and you will have the choice as to whether you receive them by post or by email.
We have made payment as flexible as possible too. You have the option to pay by direct debit, by telephone or online via Visa, MasterCard or Amex. In addition you can also simply make an electronic bank transfer.
