I often need to change visit times due to other commitments, yet they always manage to ensure that a familiar face is there to support me throughout the day. I have two carers who help me get up in the morning, followed by additional visits at lunchtime and teatime. In the evening, another carer helps me get back to bed and remains with me overnight to make sure I don’t encounter any difficulties during the night.
My team of carers are always punctual, courteous, and helpful. They never complain, but instead consistently provide an exceptional level of support that keeps me healthy, happy, and independent. They have my sincere respect and gratitude, as I simply would not be able to live my life without them.
The social care system is often undervalued, but companies like Prestige will always have my deepest respect and heartfelt thanks.

This extensive legal career provided him with deep insight into the long term impact of catastrophic injuries and the vital role that expert, nurse led care plays in supporting individuals and families facing life changing circumstances.
Motivated by a desire to make a more direct and lasting difference in people’s lives, Ashley transitioned into the care sector to build a service focused on high quality care for the elderly and those requiring specialist, complex support. His background working alongside medical experts and understanding clients’ rehabilitation needs shaped his commitment to a service built on professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence.
A dedicated surfer, Ashley was drawn to the region not just for its lifestyle appeal but also for the opportunity to build a long term, purpose driven business within a place he loves.
