Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of clinical environments, including acute care as well as community-based support.

I am passionate about researching & innovating complex and specialist care delivered in the home while embedding high standards in homecare, where personalised, dignified, and responsive care makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives. I believe in empowering teams, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that care delivery is not only clinically robust but also rooted in compassion and respect.

As Director and Co-Owner of Prestige Nursing & Care in Chichester, I am proud to work alongside a skilled and committed team to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community. Together, we are focused on achieving outstanding outcomes and supporting people to live well in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

As a nurse by profession, I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute. My clinical background, combined with my leadership and management expertise, fuels my commitment to fostering a culture of ethical and servant leadership across all levels of the organisation.

I firmly believe that personal and ethical leadership is the foundation of excellence, innovation, and sustainability in health and social care. By championing emotional intelligence and strong relationships, I am passionate about empowering my teams, supporting colleagues, and enabling the people we care for to thrive.

As Director and CQC Nominated Individual for Prestige Nursing & Care in Chichester, I am proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team. Together, we are committed to delivering exceptional care experiences—prioritising people before process—and consistently achieving positive outcomes with compassion, integrity, and professionalism, supporting individuals in the comfort of their own communities.

My focus is on building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients, care colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and our local community — ensuring trust is at the heart of everything we do.

Having worked across both West Sussex and Hampshire, I bring strong local knowledge and an extensive network of professional contacts to my role. This helps me raise awareness of the services we offer at Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester and support individuals to receive high-quality care in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking my Cockapoo, Monty, on long countryside walks with my husband. I also love shopping or spending time with my teenage children — though I’ll admit, it sometimes takes a little persuasion to convince them it’s still cool to hang out with their parents!

I started as a carer and with training and experience progressed to Care Coordinator, with some great help along the way. I am keen to give that help to my care colleagues to ensure they reach their full potential.

I am so excited to join Prestige Nursing and Care Chichester. What appealed to me the most is the opportunity to support the new branch opening and being able to watch it grow from the very beginning!
