We are based near the centre of Bristol, off the A38 Gloucester Road, easily accessible by public transport; Montpelier train station is next door and 5 minutes walk from the Arches.
We have various service users from children to elderly and they may have learning disabilities, mental health or various complex needs. We are currently expanding our domiciliary care sector and actively recruiting homecare workers as well as care assistants and trained nurses to join our team.
Our team consists of around 200 members, who are currently out working in Nursing Homes, Prisons, Private and Public sectors. There is a dedicated bookings team that work full time to ensure our clients needs are met with good quality staff and that staff are liked by those clients to ensure continuity and regular work.
Rigorous pre-employment checks and enhanced CRB disclosures ensure that we supply only the very highest standard of staff whilst annual mandatory training and appraisals maintains staff skills.
