Meeting the Standards for Nursing and Care Agencies in the UK

All Prestige Nursing + Care branches are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are regularly inspected to ensure we meet the National Minimum Standards for both nursing and domiciliary care agencies.

These external checks complement our continuous program of internal audits that help ensure all nursing agencies are operating to the very highest levels of care. To find out more about the CQC’s inspection of Prestige Nursing branches, visit the Care Quality Commission’s website.

2015 Client Survey results and Testimonials

During the summer (2015) we conducted a nationwide survey asking all of our clients how they found our services. 94% said they were either satisfied or very satisfied, with nearly 60% falling into the very satisfied category. 94% of clients agreed that Prestige understand their specific needs and 93% agreed that we offer choice when agreeing their individual care plan.

95% of our clients agreed that our office staff were always professional, helpful and courteous and 94% said that Prestige staff are willing, where possible, to make adjustments to suit their needs.

Service Guarantee

Every company offering nursing and homecare staff will promise you’ll be happy with who they send, but at Prestige Nursing + Care we guarantee it. Our unique Service Guarantee offers our clients a full refund on any shift carried out by our staff if they are unhappy with any aspect of the care provided. Our only request is that you notify us of your dissatisfaction within 12 hours of the shift ending. Outside this time, our normal complaints procedure will apply.
