Prestige Nursing and Care have provided excellent care for my husband with dementia for 3 years now. They take care in supplying carers that he's happy with, the care plan is regularly reviewed and any changes to our carer timetable are conveyed to us ahead of time. My husband's needs have increased over time and we have a dedicated team, so he has a familiar face arriving. His smile says it all. Staff are well trained, professional but friendly. I feel confident in leaving my husband so I can have some relaxation before taking the reins again.

In the evening, another carer helps me get back to bed and remains with me overnight to make sure I don’t encounter any difficulties during the night.
My team of carers are always punctual, courteous, and helpful. They never complain, but instead consistently provide an exceptional level of support that keeps me healthy, happy, and independent. They have my sincere respect and gratitude, as I simply would not be able to live my life without them.

Prestige Nursing Plymouth have been caring for my elderly parents for the last 8 months and we are very happy with their service. It's very important for my parents and myself to have trust in their carers. And my parents carer, Sandra goes beyond her duties to make sure my Mum and Dad are comfortable. If there are any concerns about their well being, it will be communicated to me immediately. This is vital for me as I live a away from my Mum and Dad.

When researching for an agency company to join I heard only positive things from others about Prestige, not only their care quality but also how they look after and value their staff. Since starting there 2 months ago I certainly feel this reputation to have been proven true. I had a lot of worries and questions as I'd never worked for agency before and the staff at Prestige have been amazing, I have also witnessed their passion for providing excellent care and enabling their staff to do so on their behalf with brilliant support and high quality training.
