Worthing branch prides itself on the care they deliver in and around the community, with colleagues and clients having been with us for over 15 years! Whilst our branch is situated in Worthing, much of our work is in and around our towns and villages. We offer a variety of care services; however, we do pride ourselves on the excellent support and care we deliver, specialising in homecare, complex care, and support work.

What our clients are looking for

Prestige Nursing & Care Worthing are seeking dedicated and passionate Care Assistants to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.

We are looking for Care Assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

How will you be helping our clients?

• Medication management and administration
• Seizure management
• Peg feed
• Help around the house
• Pain management
• Meal preparation
• Personal care
• General emotional support

• Competitive hourly rate £15.01ph for weekdays £18.27ph for weekends, £22.52ph for public holidays

We’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• A driver’s licence & own car is an advantage
• Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
