Home Care Assistant – evenings and alternative weekends.

Weekdays £12.63ph, after 7pm £13.89, weekends £13.01, after 7pm £13.89.

Banbury and surrounding areas.

If you are looking for work in the evenings and weekends, we have part time hours available with our Banbury office, you will be supporting our clients in their own homes in the Banbury area.

Weekly pay, paid mileage, paid training, full training, and other great company benefits available.

We welcome those with no prior experience, full training and shadow shifts will be provided to ensure you are comfortable in your new career.

*Please note due to client request, this role is Female only, and due to the nature of the role, you must hold a valid UK drivers license, and access to your own vehicle. *

Your role:

Your role will be to deliver a high quality of care to our clients in their own home, this many include medication management (assisting and administrating), personal care and hygiene, helping with duties around the house, and being an emotional support.

Who will you be helping to make life better for?

Prestige Nursing & Care Banbury are seeking dedicated and passionate Home Care Assistants to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.

We are looking for Home Care Assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

How will you be helping our clients?

  • Medication management and administration

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in care, not essential. We welcome those with no prior experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver’s licence & own car is essential.
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice. You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
