We are currently looking for an experienced Home Manager to take on the running of a well established nursing home in the Barnsley area.
You will be responsible for overall management and development the home, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered and that it meets individual’s needs effectively through effective management of staff and agreed financial targets.
You will have excellent communication skills and have the determination to run a team effectively.
Applicants must be:
Ideally an existing home manager
Experience within the care home sector
Proven track record
