The main responsibilities of the Branch Nurse will be:- Recruitment and selection of qualified nurses.- Checking NMC pin numbers are valid.- Receiving bookings from clients and placing members.- Providing professional guidance to the Branch Manager and to members.- Carrying out clinical risk assessments for individual clients and preparing care support plans.- Maintaining accurate records.- Supervising qualified staff members.The successful candidate will be a qualified RGN/RMN, with current a NMC Pin number and membership of a governing body. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills and be computer literate. Ideally you will have wide ranging nursing experience which you will bring to the role and utilise in your recruitment with qualified members.
