Trained nurses need to be capable of taking lead on the shift, administering medication and transferring patients is essential. HCA’s to be fully experienced in all observations, care plan writing and manual handling. |

Objectives – Provide a high quality of care, respect individuals and confidentiality of each client. Respect the client’s independence and authority and be courteous and fair at all times. Ensure that health, safety and welfare for clients and yourself are maintained at all times. Communicate with clients and members of the office effectively and with an understanding manner. Maintain report writing in line with the care plan of the clients in the report book. |
