To assist in caring for clients in their own home. You should have the knowledge, attitude and skills necessary to maintain a safe and competent standard of care practice. These duties may include washing and dressing clients, mouth care, feeding, continence care, toileting. You may be required to undertake some domestic duties. |

Objectives – Provide a high quality of care, respect individuals and confidentiality of each client. Respect the client’s independence and authority and be courteous and fair at all times. Ensure that health, safety and welfare for clients and yourself are maintained at all times. Communicate with clients and members of the office effectively and with an understanding manner. Maintain report writing in line with the care plan of the clients in the report book. Must be a driver. |
