This is a great opportunity for you if you have ever considered changing direction and would like to do a rewarding job helping elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes and within residential settings. For the right person we will provide an Introduction to Care Course that will equip you with the basic skills needed to carry out a full range of care duties. You will also have the opportunity to shadow an experienced member of our team to put your newly acquired skills into practise whilst being supervised. |

| Qualifications required |
Ability to empathise and understand the needs of elderly and vulnerable people. You will need to be self motivating with the ability to complete distance learning courses. |
