Training

We offer a comprehensive training programme to all of our members. As well as covering the requirements of CSCI, our training ensures that our members can develop their skills and confidence further and deliver outstanding service. Even if you don't have a wealth of experience as a carer but would like to work for us, we will start you on a comprehensive induction programme that includes theory as well as practical On-the-Job training with an experienced supervisor. Follow on training in specialist subjects will be available for members that would like to specialise in areas such as Learning Disabilities.
