Training

We offer a comprehensive training programme to all of our members. As well as covering the requirements of CSCI, our training ensures that our members can develop their skills & confidence further & deliver outstanding service. Even if you don't have a wealth of experience as a carer but would like to work for us, we will start you on a comprehensive induction programme that includes theory as well as practical On-the-Job training with an experienced supervisor. Follow on training in specialist subjects will be available for members that would like to specialise in areas such as Learning Disabilities
