Jonathan Bruce
Managing Director

Jonathan joined the family business in 1994 following an earlier career in marketing. He has been Managing Director since 2001.

Diane Jared
Financial Director

Diane started her career in food importing and having joined Prestige in 1998 as Financial Controller she was appointed as Financial Director in 2002.

Carol Hunt
Commercial Director

A registered nurse, Carol had extensive experience of the healthcare recruitment industry before joining Prestige in as HR Manager in 2001. She was promoted to Commercial Director in 2006.

Regional Managers

Jane Hancock
Regional Manager North and West

A very experienced branch and regional manager, Jane Hancock has worked with Prestige since 2004 where she has been responsible for managing our branch network in the North and North East.

Michelle Kennett
Regional Manager South and East

Starting her career with Prestige as an assistant branch manager, Michelle quickly moved up to branch manager roles and then was promoted again to regional management, where she currently looks after branches in the South and South East.

Sarah Leary
Business Development Manager

Sarah joined Prestige as a very experienced branch manager and after 2 years managing one of our larger regional branches was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2007.

Joanne Doherty
Homecare Manager

Jo joined Prestige in 2008 having worked as a regional manager for one of our largest competitors. Her role is to promote our homecare services to both individuals and organisations.

Payroll and Finance Managers

Omalee Samarasinghe
Accounts Manager

As well as the preparation the company’s accounts, Omalee manages the Sales Ledger teams, a role she has performed since 2003.

Denise Dixon
Payroll Manager

After 5 years with Prestige, Denise was promoted to payroll manager in 2007 and is now responsible for ensuring that all our care and nursing staff get paid on time each week.

IT and Systems Managers

Wayne Giles
IT Manager

Wayne has been the IT manager at Prestige since 2005 and has been instrumental in implementing all of the technology that drives the systems used both at our branches and at our Head Office.

Mary Davies
Human Resources Manager

Mary joined Prestige in 2007 as Human Resources Manager and has proven instrumental in our recent re-accreditation with Investors in People.

Laura Pennington
Recruitment Manager

Starting her career in high street recruitment, Laura joined Prestige in 2007 and manages the team with responsibility for all recruitment and vetting of temporary staff as well as all permanent vacancies.
