How did we do?
At Prestige Nursing we realise that there will be times when we don't get things quite right and fail to meet our customers' expectations. We take your views on our service seriously and promise to respond to each and every piece of feedback, good or bad, in a timely and detailed manner.
In those instances where there is a more detailed complaint we may not be able to address your concerns immediately, but we will set out a timetable for doing so and ensure this is accompanied by a list of actions we intend to take if necessary.
If you wish to complain about a Prestige nurse or care worker then in the first instance you should contact your local Prestige branch, details of which can be found here.
